SA6 研究：分析 6G 用例（依 SA1 TR 22.870，含第三方 AI 智能体协作）提炼应用使能层需求，塑造对齐 IMT-2030 愿景与 GSMA Open Gateway、ETSI OpenCAPIF 的 6G 应用使能框架。时间线：SA6#68（8 月 25-29）提案、9/10 月两轮主持式讨论、SA6#70（11 月 17-21）定稿 SID 报全会审批；产出 TR 23.xxx 将奠定 6G 规范性应用使能工作的基础。SID 草稿 S6-255552（3GPP FTP，浏览器可开，脚本下载 403）。运营商视角：应用使能层正是智能体网关能力可下沉/可暴露的位置。
